That's a great use of multiple layers of blocks to give your sculptures more depth, and surprisingly good models considering that these two began life as low-resolution sprites.

There's a nice amount of detail in this build, and the wooden tray looks surprisingly real!

I'm not sure why it's a "double" mushroom, but you've got that classic Mario shape down! Nice choice with the sand to replace more modern blocks.
