I'm happy to add today a feature that many of you have asked about before: news notifications in the Companion, the Creeper's Lab app!

The Companion already let you read the news. What is added today is the ability to get a notification as soon as a news post is published, making sure that you don't miss out on anything. To enable this, make sure that the Companion is installed on your favorite platform, then use the "Enable Notifications" in the main menu. This is completely optional, you won't get pinged if you don't want it.

Note that there are a few limitations: Firefox doesn't support the installation on desktop, and iOS users must be using version 16.4 or above. For more information on installation and notifications, please check the information page on the Companion.

If you need a refresher, the Companion is available for Android, iOS, desktop and web. It lets you easily access a lot of useful information about the servers and the community, including the maps, list of online players, quick searches, your daily voting status, the latest news and more.
