Offbrand Neo's second contest at Levansk wrapped up a few days ago, and we now have the results!

Speaking of contests and events, two new guidelines have been added to ensure that everything is fair to everyone.

Most importantly, event hosts can no longer win prizes at their own events. This was already assumed for building contests and their judges, but now extends to regular events so that no one has an unfair advantage. Hosts already get a reward just for hosting events.

Also, when teams are allowed, hosts must consider how prizes will be split. A stack of blocks or 10 Merit Points can't be split evenly across 3 participants, for example, so a way to make it work must be planned.
