You're invited to join us next Saturday for a tournament of checkers! As you likely know, this game is played 1 vs 1 on a board like a chess game. All participants will face each other until a winner emerges from the group. The standard prizes will be offered:

• First Place: 15 Merit Points. 3 Merit Vouchers.
• Second Place: 10 Merit Points. 2 Merit Vouchers.
• Third Place: 3 Merit Points. 1 Merit Voucher.

We will start at around 10pm Eastern time this Saturday, an hour after the start of Events Night. Meet up at Carnival Island to see who's better at hopping pieces.
