As before, this Saturday night is Events Night! You're welcomed to join us for several single and multiplayer activities, including some new attractions! Various teleporters will be enabled to allow you to quickly move from one region to another. We're looking forward to see you there, starting at around 9pm Eastern time*!

As announced previously, we're starting a weekly Events Night happening on the Creeper's Lab!







Why have a special time for that? There are two main reasons:
1- It can be difficult to find many players willing to engage in a competition at the same time.
2- As we're spread out all over the world, travel time is an issue for many.

Only during Events Nights, various portals (represented by TARDIS and time gates above) will be enabled, allowing people to quickly get from one location to the other! Pig racing, PvP, spleef, jousting and more are all on the menu for groups, while several single player events like the Garden Maze are also waiting for you to discover them!

The first of such nights is scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday), starting at around 9pm (Eastern time). It will last for about 3 hours, which might change depending of the players' level of interest.

If all goes as planned, Minecraft 1.5 will be available from the launcher on Wednesday. However, wait before upgrading if you want to keep playing with us! The server software will take several days, if not a few weeks to be updated, and 1.5 clients won't be able to connect until that happens. Keep an eye on this space for future updates!

By popular vote, the events nights will take place on Saturday evenings (Eastern time). The specific time of each event, which might vary a bit depending of the availability of the staff, will be posted each week about a day beforehand.

We've got several locations on the server that work better when multiple players are involved, such as PvP arenas and pig racing. Likewise, some attractions like the Garden Maze are far away from the players who'd like to try them.

To make a better use of these locations, and have succesful large scale happenings, we'd like to schedule a weekly events time period. For it's duration, special teleports would be enabled, allowing players to quickly reach a given destination and participate in whatever is going on.

To help find when most players would be available, please answer this survey in the coming days. Once we get enough replies, the best time period will be selected to have some fun!
