The Nether city building contest in Muncue is now closed!
The entire city is locked against modifications until our judges have had time to review each entry. This will take a few days. Once that's completed, the city's business will resume and you will be free to work on your lots as you wish!

It doesn't really matter to me since I finished ages ago, but I think that next time it should be made clearer that when you say the contest ends October 19th, you mean that the 18th is the last day you can work on it and as soon as midnight hits the contest is over. I thought that it meant that it could be worked on until midnight tonight.

The original message did say "until 00:00 EST 10/19/2013", leaving no doubt about which day was the last one. Personally, I prefer to write "until 23:59 EST on 2013-10-18" to make it a bit more obvious, but that's more of a stylistic choice.
